DijiTax is a digital platform that connects hotel receptionists, passengers, and taxi drivers to facilitate taxi booking and transportation services. The Service includes mobile applications, web applications, and related technology platforms.

3. User Categories and Eligibility

Our Service is available to the following user categories:

Hotel Receptionists: Authorized personnel of registered hotel establishments
Passengers: Individuals seeking transportation services
Taxi Drivers: Licensed taxi operators affiliated with registered taxi stations
Taxi Station Managers: Authorized managers of registered taxi stations
Company Managers: Authorized representatives of registered hotel companies

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
All information you provide is accurate and complete
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

We do not provide transportation services directly
Taxi drivers are independent contractors, not our employees
Transportation services are subject to availability
Pricing, routes, and service quality are determined by independent taxi operators
We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of taxi drivers

7. Location Data and Privacy

Our Service requires location data to function properly. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disable location services at any time, but this may limit the functionality of the Service.

8. Push Notifications

Our Service may send push notifications to keep you informed about ride status, important updates, and service communications. You can disable push notifications through your device settings or within the application.

9. Intellectual Property

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beytech Yazılım Çözümleri and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Adana, Turkey, or through the competent courts of Turkey.

16. International Users

Our Service may be accessed from countries outside Turkey. If you access the Service from outside Turkey, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Beytech Yazılım Çözümleri regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
